Fabric-reinforced V Group
I. Overview: A multiple sealing ring group for piston rods. It contains a pressure ring and at least three V-type sealing rings and a support ring. For different liquids and temperature ranges, it can be adjusted by selecting appropriate materials. Due to the stability of the molding, it is not sensitive to high peaks, can withstand high pressure and frequently changing pressures, and has excellent sealing performance.
II. Working conditions:
1. Reciprocating speed: ≤ 0.5m/s
2. Working temperature: -30~+180℃ (depending on the material)
3. Applicable medium: Hydraulic oil based on mineral oil.
4. Working pressure: ≤ 40Mpa
5. Product hardness: 85A ± 5
III. Applicable materials: NBR fabric-reinforced rubber, FKM fabric-reinforced rubber, HNBR fabric-reinforced rubber
IV. Recommended applications: Injection molding Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Iron and Steel Industry, Marine Oil Equipment, Metallurgical Machinery Rolling Mills, Scrap Metal Shears, Special Cylinders.
